Our commitment to your satisfaction
At Patel Ranch, we take pride in delivering the freshest, highest-quality Hass avocados from our De Luz grove directly to your door. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to make it right.
Because avocados are a perishable product, we cannot accept physical returns. However, if your avocados arrive damaged, overripe, or otherwise not meeting our quality standards, we will gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement box at no additional cost.
If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
Once we review your claim, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled, but our satisfaction guarantee still applies if there's an issue upon delivery.
